Questions people actually ask

What counts as a tracked visitor?: One person entering one experiment, once a month. If the same person comes back to the same test twenty times, that is still one tracked visitor — and they stay on whichever page they saw first.
What happens if I go over my limit?: New visitors stop being counted for the rest of the month. Nothing is deleted, your dashboard keeps working, and every result you already have stays exactly where it is. Upgrade and counting resumes immediately.
Do I have to move my pages onto SplitSimple?: No. Your pages stay exactly where they are, on whatever platform built them. SplitSimple never edits, proxies or re-hosts them — it sends traffic to them and counts what happens.
Can I test pages on two different platforms?: Yes, and that is the main reason people use this. Page A on WordPress against Page B on Webflow is a completely normal setup here.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free. Your data is not deleted.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?: The Free plan is not a trial — it stays free and runs a real test. If you want Pro or Agency, upgrade whenever your first test outgrows it.
